2. Data we collect

  • Contact form fields: name, email, optional topic, message content.
  • Enrollment and billing details when you purchase a seat through confirmed offline or third-party channels.
  • Technical logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, approximate timestamps.
  • Cookie and similar technology data as described in the Cookie Policy.

Please do not submit seed phrases, private keys, or recovery secrets through forms. We do not need them to answer educational questions.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to inquiries, deliver courses, improve the site, meet legal obligations, and — where required — based on consent for non-essential analytics cookies.

4. Retention

Contact messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing matter. Enrollment records are retained for the period required by Korean accounting and consumer rules, typically up to five years for transaction evidence.
