By accessing this website or enrolling in a program described here, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase seats through channels we confirm offline.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law of Korea, Datalink Core and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses, including lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or ₩100,000 if you paid no fees.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Datalink Core against claims arising from your misuse of materials or violation of these terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Korea shall have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
